Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • For Digital Downloads, refunds will not be issued unless there is a clear defect in the file.

2. Requesting a Refund

  • Customers must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a refund, customers should contact our support team at contact@savage-serenity.com with their order number and reason for the refund request.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any items marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.

5. Changes to the Policy

  • We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Event Bookings and Coaching Services

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers can cancel their booking and request a refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled event or coaching session.
  • Refund requests made within 72 hours of the event or session will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund for event bookings or coaching services, customers should contact us at contact@savage-serenity.com with their order number and cancellation request.

3. Processing Refunds

  •  Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
  • If the event is canceled by us, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

4. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their booking at no additional cost if they notify us at least 48 hours before the session.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any fees for additional services or materials that were not part of the original booking are non-refundable.

6. Changes to the Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
